Superbowl time means one thing for me.  Indulging in saucy, spicy, cheesy, finger licking delectable food.  And the half time show of course.  I have seen some epic spreads in my time for the big game, so I figured this year would the perfect opportunity to put my own take on a crowd-pleasing menu.

Lately I’ve been on a healthy eating kick, so I want to make sure that my choice in foods and ingredients are delicious but also good for you.  You can’t watch the big game without nachos so this year I’ll be putting together a Mediterranean Nacho Bar with the help of Sabra dips.  I love a good dip and Sabra is always in my fridge.  From guacamole to hummus to salsa, they have all the classics.  Not only does it make entertaining super easy but on busy weeknights it makes the perfect, tasty snack.

Since Sabra is the Official Dip of the NFL, I thought it would be the perfect addition to my nacho bar and the best part, is that I can whip this up in mere minutes! Their limited Taco Fiesta flavour was actually created specifically for all those football fans out there.

My Mediterranean Nacho Bar features:
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Grated cheddar cheese
Jalapenos
Green Onions
Salsa
Sour Cream
Breadsticks
Baked pita chips
Baguette chips
Sabra Classic Hummus
Sabra Smoked Paprika and Caramelized Onion Hummus
Sabra Taco Fiesta Hummus
Sabra Guacamole

I love putting together spreads like this because it allows my guests to customize their plate exactly how they want to.  I also feel good when I serve foods like Sabra hummus I know they are made from high-quality ingredients, gluten free and vegetarian/vegan.
